Refund and Returns Policy

If you ordered too many tiles or simply changed your mind, we will refund the purchase price of the returned tile, minus a 25% restocking fee, as long as the tile still has the PVC cover in its original condition and we’re able to put it back in stock for sale. Unfortunately we cannot refund any shipping charges, rush order fees, or returns received 30 days after the Order Shipment Date. Custom orders cannot be returned or refunded. All fiberock-backed tiles are considered custom orders. If you wish to return your tiles, simply box them back up and ship to:

VERY IMPORTANT! In order to ensure you receive proper credit for your return, please include a copy of your order confirmation inside your return shipment and email us the tracking information to:

Additionally, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days. The number of days depends on your bank – it may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your bank or method of payment account.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
